Collect my old machine

Select free collection when ordering Arrange a collection date

A specialized logistics operator will contact you within a maximum of 20 days to arrange a collection date.

Prepare the old machine for collection by placing it inside a closed cardboard box. Pack your equipment *Please note that delivery and collection take place at two different times.

Within a maximum of 30 days from the delivery date, the logistics group will collect your old machine.

Wait for collection The old machine can only be collected at the same address where the new one was delivered.
