In July I purchased a travel package because we had let one we previously bought expireThis company continues to call me asking me to pay them again, and again and againComplaints are ignoredToday I tried to call them and found customer service, sales, and billing all use the same recorder and at 3:00PM on Thursday 9/11/the recorder was full and no one answered the phoneFrustration is not an accurate description of my experience with this company

Global Fulfillment Services has called yet again and I believe I've been dupedI was told I would owe $USD on my vacation package that I was unable to use and that I had a financial responsibility to this A manager came on and told me he could reduce that cost to $USDand that my package would still be good
I don't want the package and even though they say it is transferable it is only to married couples and single woman (isn't that discrimination, what about the single men. ) I don't want to pay for this or anything else from this companyI just want them to leave me alone and never call me again or sell my info to another company like this Regret buying it in the first place
